When a resource is created, it is initially in this state. At this time only the person who has created it can view.
If a resource in the community is changed to 'Visible' state, then the resource can be viewed and edited by all members of that community.
The community member should change the state of the resource to this state only when it is finalized from their end. This state means that the resource is ready to be published and you are asking the publishers to the community to review it. At this stage, the creator or authors cannot edit it. The publishers/admins of the community can
  • edit
  • publish by changing the state to Publish
