In the morning freshly cooked food or Naivedyam is offered to the deity and then Prasadam is distributed to the devotees who are present at that time. Then the deity is offered Archana or the flowers which have been freshly picked from the temple garden. Incense or Dhoopam is lighted in the sanctum-sanctorum after which the oil lamp is lighted. Thereafter the Aarti of the deity is performed with a camphor lamp. In the evening a special offering of coconut is made.
