The temple trust’s activities in the field of medicine includes the setting up of a dialysis center, holding camps for blood donation, eye check-up and orthopedic camps. The trust also gives monetary help to cancer patients. It also donates to government and private hospitals to upgrade their facilities. Such a donation was made for building a medical ward at Wadia Hospital in Mumbai. In 2014 it set up the "Pratikshalay Educational and Healthcare Center" which has a dialysis centre and other medical facilities.
