The main hall of the temple was used by musicians and singers to sing Bhajans to the Lord. It is also said that the temple has musical pillar. There are two idols of Lord Ganesha near the entrance of the sanctum sanctorum of the main shrine, in the corridor. It is said that the sound that is produced when a person taps on any of the idols, travels to the other idol. It travels through stone that is at one end and goes to metal, which is on the other.
