Salah or five- time prayers are offered in the Masjid every day, led by an Imam or the leader of the prayer. While offering prayers, Muslims face towards the West i.e. the direction of Ka’aba (holy site of Muslims) in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The five prayer times are as follows: Fajr (before sunrise), Zuhr (noon), Asr (evening), Maghrib (immediately after sunset) and Isha (night prayer).
