Paintings

In the center of the ceiling of the Sanctum Sanctorum the painting of the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove is painted in gold. The “seven-fold” gifts (counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, wisdom, understanding and the fear of the Lord) have also shown in the form of seven gold-plated rays.
The inside walls of the nave have some beautiful murals, which describes the events in the life of Mary, painted during the time of the first Rector. As they had faded with the time, they have been replaced by beautiful fiberglass. This art is worth watching. Sr. Vimala (PDDM) along with a group of artists from the suburb of Goregaon have prepared the panels under the overall supervision of Msgr. Nereus Rodrigues, the present Rector.
