Inter-Faith Religious Discussion

On 19th Feb 2016, an Inter Religious discussion was conducted at Mount Mary's shrine from 4 to 6.15pm., which discussed the theme that in all religions, faith in the good news of divine blessing is often accompanied by the bad news of divine justice. An eminent multi-faith panel of professionals presented their viewpoints on God's Mercy and its control on human behaviour.  It started with an audio visual presentation of the 'Our Father' which was sung in Hindi followed by Pope Francis's message about reaching out to people of different faith. The event concluded with a question and answer session.

Pope Francis has issued a decree about keeping the Holy doors of the Vatican open to celebrate the Holy year (2016) on the solemn occasion of the Immaculate conception of The Blessed Virgin Mary. It was attended by the priesthood and followers from different parts of Mumbai. It started at 9.30am and concluded with a mass befitting the occassion.
