The Clock Tower of Ajmer belongs to the time of Rajput reign. It gives a commanding view of the nearby places and locality. It was built to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee in the year 1887. Daulat Bagh Garden which is situated on the banks of the Ana Sagar Lake was so named by Shah Jahan because of its variety of flora and plants. The civic body of Ajmer has recently renamed it as Subhash Bagh.

The guest house also has a cloakroom near the side gate to store the luggage and valuables of devotees. Stay in Ajmer is very affordable. In case of lack of availability in the Guesthouse, devotees can opt for many small hotels, guest houses and lodges available near Ajmer Sharif Dargah at cheap rates. The Dargah Sharif is also surrounded by eateries, and the Sohan Halwa of Ajmer is very famous.
Accessibility route:The nearest airport is the Sanganer airport, located in Jaipur which is approximately 135 kilometers from Ajmer city. The connectivity of the airport is very good from all the metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune. After landing, one can hire a cab to reach Ajmer city. The journey from Jaipur to Ajmer takes 2 to 3 hours to complete. Ajmer railway station is located on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad-Jaipur-Delhi railway line. The station is very well-connected with major Indian cities like Allahabad, Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Mumbai with trains available frequently. Trains like Ajmer Shatabdi and Ajmer Rajdhani are very popular on this route. From the station, one can hire an auto-rickshaw or a taxi to reach the Dargah. The Dargah sharif can also be reached by walking through a local market route which shortens the distance. Government, as well as private AC and Non AC buses are available which can connect Ajmer to nearby cities like at affordable prices. Ajmer is very well-connected with major cities by highways and properly maintained roads. NH-8 is a great option while driving from New Delhi to Ajmer.
