Borea Jezuchi Bajilika, commonly known as Basilica of Bom Jesus

Historical Timeline: The foundation stone was laid on 24 November 1594 but the church was completed and consecrated by archbishop Alexion de Menezes nearly a decade later, in 1605.

Visiting time: The church opens at 9 in the morning till 6.30 in the evening except on Sundays. On Sundays, it opens from 10.30 to 6.30 in the evening. It is open to visitors on public holidays too. It takes around an hour to see the whole church.
