Since there are five temples in Dilwara, each one of them is dedicated to a different Tirthankara. These deities are the spiritual leaders of the Jains known as the Tirthankaras. While two temples are dedicated to the 1st Tirthankara, Rishabhdev, the other three are dedicated to Parshavanath (23rd), Neminath (22nd) and Mahavir Swami (24th).
