Philosophy: The Bahá'í Faith is based on the maxim that creation is sacred and that human beings by nature are noble and spiritual. It upholds the diversity of people in terms of ethnical origin, thoughts, history, language and tradition. It thus seeks to find unity in diversity without making discrimination of any sort. The basic tenets are based on the love for God, and for all fellow human beings. To achieve this unity the faith follows the basic principles of abandonment of prejudices, agreement of science and religion, promotion of universal education, elimination of extremes of wealth and poverty, an independent investigation of the truth and the equality of men and women.
