Due to security concerns the devotees and their baggages are screened. There is closed circuit television surveillance at all times. Since laptops and cameras are not permitted inside the temple premises, lockers are provided just outside the main gate at nominal charges of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 20/. It is strictly prohibited to carry firearms, firecrackers, weapons or ammunition, inflammables, corrosive liquids, acids and any kind of sharp objects, inside or in the vicinity of the temple.

For the convenience of senior citizens, foreigners, NRIs, women with small children and those who are physically challenged there is a separate entrance near Gate No. 5. The PRO office offers assistance and guidance in this regard.
