There is a small Hanuman shrine which was built around the year 1952. The Hanuman idol was found during the road extension project of Sayani Road near Elphinstone Road. Devotees visiting Shree Siddhivinayak Temple conveyed this to the head priest, Shree Govind Phatak, who brought the idol and installed it in a small temple which was made for it. Eventually this temple was renovated and is now made of Jaisalmer yellow sandstone. The Hanuman Mandir has its own schedule of pujas, naivedya and aartis. Every Saturday devotees are supplied with the traditional offerings of oil and garlands at a minimal cost on coupon basis.

A black-stone Deepmala which is 18 feet height, stands right in front of the Hanuman Temple.

There are two portable silver idols of the mouse (Mushaka), the vehicle of Lord Ganesha, which are kept in the main hall or the Sabha Mandap.
