On the right of the monastery, and in front of “The Prayer Wheel Hall”, there is a big Chorten (stupa) which was built in the memory of Ven Dhardo Tulka. It was built by Dharshab family and the managing committee of the monastery in 1990. Above the monastery there is the Ma Kali temple on the hilltop. On every full moon day and on the fifteenth of every month of the Tibetan calendar devotees flock here to offer prayers.
