Festivals like Eid al-Fitr (Ramzaan Eid), Eid al-Adha (Festival of Sacrifice) and Eid Milad-Un-Nabi (birthday of Prophet Muhammad) are celebrated in this Masjid. On festivals it can accommodate about 2000 people for the prayer or Namaz. During Ramadan speeches by Muslim scholars are arranged in the Masjid. Separate seating arrangements are made for women devotees. On the occasion of Eid Milad-Un-Nabi prayers and peaceful rallies are arranged and people distribute sweets to those who participate in the rallies. Every Friday the number of people who gather here for the Zhuhr Namaz is quite large.
